We are doing it again!
After a great first Coffee with the Mayor, I’m looking forward to getting together for round two on Saturday, October 3, at 9:00 AM at Orale Cafe in downtown Round Lake.
The idea is pretty simple. Grab a cup of coffee, pull up a chair and talk.
There’s no agenda, no presentation and definitely no PowerPoint.
Maybe you have a question about something happening in the Village. Maybe you have an idea you think we should consider. Maybe you’re frustrated about something and just want to tell me about it. Or maybe you just want to stop by, have some coffee and get to know the guy who somehow ended up being your mayor.
That’s what these mornings are really about.
I’ve always believed that some of the best ideas and conversations happen when people are sitting around a table, not standing behind a podium. I want to make myself available and, more importantly, I want to hear directly from the people who live, work and invest in Round Lake.
So come as you are. Bring your questions, your ideas, your concerns or just yourself.
I’ll be at Orale Cafe at 9:00 AM on October 3. I’ll buy the coffee. You bring the conversation.
